Before leaving for summer break, scholars in grades K-8 will receive a backpack full of learning materials including grade-specific books and flashcards. Parents and guardians are encouraged to help their children review this material over the summer break.

LUMPKIN, GA - The Stewart County School District is proud to announce its Class of 2024 graduation. This year, 21 exceptional scholars will receive their diplomas, marking a significant milestone in their academic and personal journeys. “We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2024,” said Dr. Michael H. Robinson, Superintendent of Schools. “Their commitment to academics, extracurricular activities, and personal growth has been inspiring. We are confident that they are well-prepared for the exciting paths that lie ahead.”

Through a partnership with Goodwill Southern Rivers, Stewart County High CTAE students were able to participate in SERVSAFE training. The training was conducted at the Goodwill Education and Training Center in Columbus,Ga. Students received training and were able to obtain ServSafe certifications by completing the assessment. This certification focuses on food safety and is utilized in the restaurant industry.

Returning Students:
If your child attended and completed the 2022-2023 school year with Stewart County Schools, then your child is considered a returning student.
Withdrawals:
If your child is withdrawing from the district, please come to the school in person. Only legal parents/ guardians will be allowed to withdraw students from the district.
New Students ONLY:
If your child is new to the district, please call the school for more information about enrollment. All required documents must be submitted prior to enrollment or to prevent any delays in the process. Thanks for choosing Stewart County Schools to educate your child(ren).
